FIRST: Place your order through our web site.

Click on the t-shirt prints button. Browse our selections and choose a print. Then choose the size of the t-shirt, colour and which side of the t-shirt you would like the print. To order a voucher please refer to our voucher faqs.

Your orders are stored in your shopping cart. When you are ready to purchase, proceed to checkout.

SECOND: In order to checkout you must Create an account. This allows us to store your address and shipping details. Your username and password can be used the next time you shop with us so that you do not need to enter your details again. Each customer can log in to their own account and check the status of their order.

THIRD: Choose a payment method.
After you have placed an order online you can make a payment via 4 methods:

ONLINE: Enter your credit card details into our secure online order form.

FAX: 07 5471 0209. Print out your order form (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and fax it back to us including your credit card details.

PHONE: 07 5474 9660. Print out your order form so that you have your invoice details (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and phone us.

MAIL: Austees, Shop #1, Arcadia Walk, Noosa Junction, QLD, 4567. Print out your order form (you can print it from the screen during the order process or you can print out the email sent to you) and mail it back to us including your credit card details or check.

REMEMBER: After purchasing from Austees you can always check the status of your order, or your previous purchases by clicking on the "My Account" button top right of screen.

Money Orders

We accept payment by money orders. After you place your order, we will email you the address to which you should post your money order, and the correct order value. When you post your money order to us, please write your Austees order number and your name on the back of the slip.

Cheques

We accept payment by cheque. International customers wishing to pay by cheque must draw a bank draft payable in Australian dollars. The bank draft must be drawn on a bank that has a reciprocal agreement with an Australian bank.

When you post your cheque to us, please write your Austees order number and your name on the back of the cheque. Please do not send your cheque to us until you have received advice from us regarding the correct address and value.

Cheques should be made out to Austees.

Gift Vouchers

We accept Austees gift vouchers as payment for Austees orders. Please refer to our Gift voucher FAQ's for more details.
